Terms and Conditions

1 - Object

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all bookings made on our short-term rental website. By booking accommodation on our website, you unconditionally accept these GTC.

2 - Booking and Payment

The reservation becomes effective upon payment and after the bank imprint for the security deposit has been completed.

3 - Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 7 days before your arrival. After this period, all reserved nights remain due. All cancellations must be notified in writing.

4 - Arrival and Departure

Accommodation is available from 5pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11am on the day of departure.

5 - Use of Premises

The tenant agrees to use the premises peacefully and to respect the neighborhood. Any disturbance caused to the neighborhood could result in the immediate termination of the lease without refund.

6 - Caution/Guarantee

A €300 pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card before your arrival as a security deposit. No amount will be debited; the funds will simply be temporarily reserved on your card. The pre-authorization will be automatically released after your departure if no damage is found in the accommodation.

7 - Responsibility

We accept no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to the tenant's personal belongings. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their companions during the rental period.

8 - Disputes

Any dispute relating to the execution or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court of the location of the rented property.
